All items purchased through BrickHouse Security are backed by our standard 90-day BrickHouse Warranty. We will replace or repair the item if it stops working within 90 days of the delivery date.

Within 30 days, we will gladly issue you a return for a refund, or you may exchange your item for a different product. Beyond that, we have you covered with our standard 90-Day Product Warranty.   3. Send your item back to us and we will process your return once your item has been received.

Standard 90-Day Warranty

Every product is automatically protected for 90 days after your purchase date. That means that if you have a problem, we'll replace your product or provide technical support to resolve the issue.

Lifetime Warranty

Any product with recurring service (i.e. GPS Tracking, MORzA Video/Alarms) is automatically covered by our Lifetime Service Warranty. As long as you have active service with us, we will gladly replace or repair any item that is not fully functioning.
