Why is this transitioning happening?

For the past 3 years, we at BrickHouse have been developing an improved and upgraded GPS platform; now it's finally ready to roll out to all of our customers. The customers that have already transitioned to the new platform have been satisfied with its performance, to the point where we felt it was in the right place to roll out to everybody, offering the best service possible. Also, by having all of our customers on one platform, we're able to focus our efforts on providing the best product we can, without dividing our attention between two platforms.

What makes the new platform better?

For the most part, the new platform provides the same great service you've come to expect from the old platform. Geofences, alerts, detailed reporting, etc, are all included within the new platform. Within the new platform you can expect more reliable service and stability, as well as mobile integration. The main difference with the new platform is it can be run through our exclusive iOS and Android apps, allowing you to check in on your trackers directly from your mobile device.

What do I need to do to prepare?

The only action you may need to take in this transition is to update your bookmarks. If you previously logged in through track.bhs.net, you should change your bookmark to the new login URL, gps.brickhousesecurity.com. If you log in through our site's portal, your process will remain the same.

Also, the day of the transition, October 24th, it's important that you have your trackers charged and powered on. The update will occur over the air, directly to your device, so it's necessary for the device to be on at the time of the update.

What will happen exactly on my transition date?

On your transition date we will send a command to your device that instructs it to start working with the new platform. All you need to do is make sure your device is powered on throughout the day to ensure it can receive the command.

Once your units receives the command, you will no longer use the track.bhs.net URL to access your tracking data. You will need to change your bookmark to the new login URL, gps.brickhousesecurity.com. Or, log in through our site's portal.

When will the transition happen?

The actual date of your transition will be communicated to you directly by our support team. We will be staggering customer transitions to ensure the smoothest possible experience.

Will I be charged more for this new platform?

No. You will be billed exactly the same for service on the new platform.

Will my login information change?

No. Your login username and password will remain the same. If you would like to update your username information, call and a representative will assist you.

How do I download the apps?

Android and iOS versions of the BrickHouse Track View app are available. Click here.

You can also download the apps in the iOS App or Google Play stores. Search for "Track View".

How do I access my old history?

In the transition, your old tracking history was not moved to the new platform. It still exists in our system, however, and will remain for 90 days. Go to our site's portal and log in normally. Once you log in, you will be given a prompt to access your old history.

You can also find your tracking history by logging into the old platform, track.bhs.net. No new tracking information will arrive there, but you history will remain for a rolling 90 days.
