How do I sign up for BrickHouse GPS?

BrickHouse and Securus have worked together to make the transition quick and easy. To ensure uninterrupted service, just give us a call at (800) 401-8122. Your current subscription rate and terms of service will remain unchanged, and your username, password and any saved alerts will be automatically transferred to our platform.

You may log into the BrickHouse GPS platform anytime with your existing Securus username and password. All of your new tracking information will be available to you there.

IMPORTANT: If your GPS device is not already functioning on the BrickHouse platform, please make sure it is charged and powered on. We are sending your device over-the-air commands to reprogram it to our platform. We began sending these commands on March 16 and will continue to send them until all devices are successfully transitioned.

How do I track on my mobile phone?

We have just released BrickHouse TrackView, our mobile App for iPhone and iPad. Click here to download it now. TrackView for Android will be available later this year.

BrickHouse GPS still works great on all Android, Blackberry or Windows phones. Just navigate to GPS.BrickHouseSecurity.com and login with your existing Securus username and password. For ease of use, just add the page to your mobile device’s home screen. Here’s how to do it on Android.

How much will the service cost and when will I be billed?

BrickHouse will honor the identical pricing and billing arrangements you have with Securus. Your service fee and billing frequency will remain the same.

I have prepaid for service, will I get a refund?

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for prepaid service.

What if I am not happy with the service or want to cancel my subscription?

While we understand that you might have concerns about switching GPS providers, we’re confident that you will be happy with our GPS service. If for any reason you wish to cancel your service, all you need to do is give us a call. BrickHouse has no cancellation fees nor do we charge to reactivate a device when customers want to turn service back on. You have nothing to lose by giving us a try.

How will I learn to use the new GPS Platform?

Like Securus, our platform is a web-based tool and has similar features and functionality. We believe most users will be able to quickly adapt to our platform on their own.

When will my service end with Securus?

Securus will discontinue supporting its GPS service for all of its users on March 16. Until then, you can login and retrieve past data.

What about my saved alerts and SafeSpots?

BrickHouse has worked closely with Securus to ensure a smooth transition. We have preloaded all of your saved alerts and SafeSpots (we call them “geofences”) to the BrickHouse platform.
