Powered by a 9v Alkaline battery (not included) locked in a tamper proof compartment, there’s no need for outside power. That means you can use this lock virtually anywhere, with little-to-no setup.

Mounting is simple; the computer lock alarm’s base unit can be mounted on most surfaces using the included screws, and includes anchors for mounting in brick or concrete. A bracket is also included if you plan on mounting the device to a table or pole.

To secure your property:

1. Use the super weld bond adhesive to attach one of the three included cable fixing plates to whatever item you’re concerned about.
2. Run the 8 foot long steel cable through the channels on the fixing plates and insert the steel end of the cable into the base unit.
3. Use one of the 2 included keys to lock the cable in place and activate the alarm.
