How It Works
When you purchase and receive your EmFinders Emergency Bracelet from BrickHouse Security, you will first charge it until its indicator light turns green (approximately two hours). The Emergency Bracelet can run for approximately one week on a single charge. Next, you will call EmFinders (866.426.3386), where you will activate your device and register for your service plan. Note: When you call EmFinders, be prepared to provide the following information about the person you're looking to monitor: Date of Birth, Weight, Height, Hair Color, and Eye Color. Also, it is important to have the device's serial number handy. Because EmFinders Emergency Bracelet works on cellular networks, a $35 per month service fee must be paid to EmFinders. By working on a cellular network, the Emergency Bracelet is able to locate the lost indoors, a feature most GPS tracking devices are unable to perform.

Once the device is charged and registered, it's ready to go; affix it to the wrist of your loved one, and alleviate your worry.

If your loved one goes missing, call 9-1-1 to file a missing person's report. Next, call the EmFinders emergency hotline and provide your activation number. From there, EmFinders will locate the lost by transmitting its exact GPS location to the nearest 9-1-1 dispatch. They will send a police officer to locate and recover your loved one and return the missing person to you or a caregiver.
