How the system works:

First, choose the plan that best meets your needs. Pricing includes all costs, including return shipping.

After you purchase your plan, you will receive a notification email with your personal login ID and password. Shortly thereafter, you will receive the actual device via FedEx, already set up and ready to go. The device will come with a quick start guide to ensure you get maximum value from your rental.

Using your device:

Using your GPS tracking device is easy, simply charge your unit for about 6 hours, place it on your car's dash and drive for about 20 minutes to create an initial "lock", and you're done.

The Spark Nano will report every 5 minutes for approximately 5 days on a single charge. Get great features from BrickHouse Security's tracking platform, like breadcrumb trails, geofencing, and panic button alerts.

In the Box:

Your rental includes the Spark Nano GPS Tracker, AC charger, magnetic case, quick start instruction card, and access to the BrickHouse Security Tracking platform.

Shipping:

Your GPS tracking device rental price includes return shipping. Keep the original box, follow the repackaging instructions, and attach the return shipping label provided with the device. Once you have securely repackaged your device, you can drop it off at a FedEx pick-up box or your local FedEx/ Kinko's shipping center.

Payment:

Our GPS tracking rental devices are available for rent on the following plans.

*A $100 deposit is required upon purchase of this rental; it will be fully refunded when you return the device.

Depending on the plan you choose, you will have 10-30 days of usage; from the day your package arrives. When you get to the end of your rental, simply follow the provided instructions, ensuring your device is in the mail by your due date. Failure to return the device in a timely manner may result in your incurring additional rental period charges.

NOTE: We do not pro-rate your charges, we only bill in 10, 30, and 60 day increments.
