A Global Solution

The Spark Nano 3.0 reports using a cellular GSM network, so it will report worldwide. For customers outside of the United States, cellular data is not included in service plan costs. In order to track outside the US, users must provide their own SIM card with a cellular data plan from a local mobile provider.

To Set Up Service Outside the US

1. Order your Spark Nano 3.0 or Spark Nano 3.0 + 6 Month Battery Kit, choosing how often you would like your device to report.

2. Contact your local mobile provider to acquire a SIM card with a data plan. We suggest signing up for a monthly data package of 5-10 MB depending on the interval you choose.. The Nano 3.0 reports using GSM Quad-Band 850/900/1800/1900MHz frequencies. Check with your local carrier to confirm their network can support these frequencies.

3. Once you have purchased a SIM, contact BrickHouse to provide SIM and network information.

4. Within 1 business day, BrickHouse Security will E-Mail your User ID and Password so you can begin tracking your device.
