We ship most international orders within 3 business days of receiving payment and verification unless the item is a special order item that must be received by our international shipping facility prior to departure. Once the package clears customs and duties, your shipment is given to the local carrier in your respective country within 3 to 5 business days. Any Government charges such as taxes, duty and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility. Please keep in mind that once your shipment is given to your local country's carrier, we are not provided with that new tracking number, but rest assured that you will receive your shipment within a few days. Also, due to the nature of the items we ship, depending on the destination country, customs might take longer to clear.
Please note that our products are designed to work on the US electrical system. If your country does not use the same system you should get a converter at a local electronics store in your country.
