We sell direct to the consumer and also to government and law enforcement agencies. We need full time sales reps immediately to join our Sales Team and who will thrive in our dynamic environment. This is a great earning opportunity for a savvy and motivated sales person! We offer a base hourly rate AND a profit & metric based quarterly incentive - with NO CAP - the more profit you generate the more you can earn. The right candidate will be able to maximize inbound sales opportunities (phone and email) by matching the right products to the customer's need and leverage strong product application and technical knowledge along with our industry leading product array to close the sale and grow revenue. **This is an inbound SALES position - MUST have inbound call center sales experience**
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries on our products and transition these calls to a sales result. Identify the customer's need and maximizes every call to result in a sale. Cross sell or upsell products with the objective of selling multiple products on each call.Efficiently handle large volume of incoming telephone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner. Effectively follow our sales call guidelines to complete the transaction while building value in the customer relationship. Follow up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact or quote. Continued product education to better service the sales calls. While maximizing sales opportunities, ensure solid customer service for the customer at all times. Accurately process sales orders in our order management system and manage post order expectations that limits Customer Service involvement. Maintains a minimum of 80% utilization (availability).
Employee Skills:
One or more years experience of Telesales in a high volume fast, paced environment.Strong customer service and telesales skills. Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows. Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment. Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
