2.4 GHz Wireless Cameras

2.4 GHz Wireless Cameras work on the same frequency as high end cordless phones. The 2.4 GHz frequency provides a strong bandwidth for the wireless transmission of both audio and video signals. With a 2.4 GHz Wireless Camera and a 2.4 GHz Receiver connected to a monitor or wireless recording device with a built-in 2.4 GHz receiver you can expect up to 700 Feet Range (direct Line of Sight).


Please be aware: Most high end Cordless Phones work on the 2.4 GHz Frequency and that signal interference can occur in an environment where there are an abundance of 2.4 GHz cordless phones.

In the common household with one 2.4 GHz cordless phone and base station this can dealt easily by positioning the wireless transmitters in different rooms.
