The ACTi I47 4MP features a 1/3 inches progressive scan CMOS sensor and is capable of recording images up to 2688x1520 at 15 fps. Low lux technology and Advanced Wide Dynamic Range help combat difficulty lighting conditions, the latter of which helps handle difficult lighting conditions. Adaptive IR LEDs extend night vision out to 131ft. The 4.3∼129mm lens provides the ability for the user to zoom in and out to find the field of view most needed. Adaptive IR LED technology automatically adjusts the IR light to focus on the area that the camera zooms into. This way, the IR beam will be concentrated in one area to narrow down the beam angle and extend the range to cover the zoom-in area. When zooming out, the illumination is readjusted back to cover the wider area. Therefore, the camera provides superior image quality even in low illumination environments.
The camera uses H.264 and MJPEG video compression and outputs dual video streams. The camera supports 2-way audio and Visca, Pelco-D, and Pelco-P protocols for PTZ operations. It is housed in an IP67-rated weatherproof and IK10-rated vandal-proof housing.
