The Airlink ES450 cellular gateway for Verizon is a small form factor modem with 1 Ethernet, 1 Serial port, and 1 USB functionality. This model supports the Verizon XLTE network and will fall back if the XLTE network is unavailable. RF antenna connectivity is available through 2 SMA plugs. Power is delivered via the included AC wall adapter. Designed for disaster recovery and remote administration by providing reliable 4G XLTE connectivity, remote access to networking equipment and leverages your router's instant failover and firewall features.
The ES450 family of 4G XLTE enterprise gateway modems allows IT administrators remote availability to their routing infrastructure via a direct serial connection. With the built-in terminal server, the ES450 will be able to reboot, configure and update your network infrastructure via reverse telnet and ssh protocols. Now remote personnel will no longer need to manually reset network equipment and IT administrators can reduce the number of site visits. Together with AirVantage Management Service, you have a one-stop solution to provision devices, monitor cellular data usage, and remotely maintain software versions and configurations.
This Airlink ES450 works with BrickHouse Security’s B-Link Secure services, which enables cellular communication without requiring a WiFi connection. This 4G router allows wireless or wired security cameras to connect seamlessly to the cellular service and is ideal for use in temporary or remote deployment where remote monitoring is essential. Common use cases include onboard public transportation and in retail stores or pop-up shops. Can be used as a mainline or back-up connectivity.
