The ACTi B96A is an outdoor mini PTZ security camera that uses a powerful 5MP sensor that captures up to 15fps. The lens can be panned or tilted from 5° to 90° per second and it can pan a total of -175° to 175° and tilted a total of 0° to 180°. With a 1/3.2" progressive-scan CMOS sensor, the camera captures images at a maximum resolution of 2592x1944. This camera uses 0.1 lux technology to see in very dark lighting conditions. It features a 4.9-49mm varifocal lens with remote manual pan and tilt control. Basic Wide Dynamic Range of 75 dB and Noise Reduction together produce a very clear night-time image.
It features a mechanical IR cut filter for true day/night functionality, automatically switching between color and B&W images for clear details. The camera uses both H.264 and MJPEG formatting for maximizing your storage and bandwidth, and a microSD slot allows for on-site recording with edge storage. Additionally, input and output terminal blocks offer 2-way audio capability.
The RJ45 Ethernet connection uses PoE technology for a simple installation, and the camera can be surface, pendant, wall, corner, pole, flush, or gang box mounted for multiple setup options. Furthermore, an IP66- and IK10-rated housing, along with a -40°F cold-climate operating temperature, allows you to install the camera in outdoor and high-risk areas.
